Dhruva Space is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to join our dynamic Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution and monitoring of complex Space Engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. This role involves close coordination with Engineering teams, updating project status, managing schedules, and handling cost aspects.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in Project Execution: Support the Project Management Team in planning, coordinating, and executing satellite design and integration projects.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress as per milestones and deliverables to ensure they are on schedule.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, and status reports.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Qualification in Project Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling any project, preferably in the aerospace or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with hardware manufacturing and design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
