- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related events and activities.
- Oversee travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
- Assist HR with onboarding new hires by setting up workstations and preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and attendance logs.
- Support HR in coordinating team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the functionality of office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and contact databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses as required by management.
