Dhruva Space is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager with 4-7 years of experience to lead and execute key marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and market positioning in the Space industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid and evolving foundation in Marketing and a profound interest in learning more about the Space-Tech sector, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with our vision.

This full-time, on-site role is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing strategies to promote Dhruva Space’s products, services, and brand within the Space industry.
• Collaborate with the Director - PR, Comms & Marketing and other members of leadership (Business Development & Sales, Engineering, CXOs) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all Marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, identify new opportunities, and evaluate competitive positioning.
• Lead and manage Digital Marketing initiatives, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute industry events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall company growth.
• Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and monitoring ROI.
• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of Marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 4-7 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the Deep Tech or Aerospace sectors, as well as a keen curiosity for the cosmos
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to design and execute successful Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
